Before you book

Before you book your appointment please be sure you have read our information page that explains treatment contraindications. It contains information on who should and should not get our services. This information can be vital for your health. To read that information click here for our Treatment Contraindications page.

You will be sent an email confirmation once you book. You will also receive reminders. In the emails there will be a link to a consent form. You must fill out the consent form prior to your first visit only. You can fill out the consent form by clicking on the link in your email or clicking here. If you have filled out this form when we were open from 2020-2023 you must fill out a new one, those forms are no longer valid.

Relaunch Sale

For the relaunch sale we are giving you 30% off your first package(s). As long as you purchase any packages by 1/31/25 you can take advantage of this offer. The appointment doesn’t have to take place by then, it just needs to purchased by then. Call us to purchase your packages at 912-662-2828 or come in by 1/31/25 and pay during your first appointment. This is for packages only, not for individual services.

Forms of Payment

We only accept payment in the form of Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. At this time we are not accepting credit card payments because of the fees associated. When sending Venmo please do not indicate that you are paying for goods or services, because of the fees they deduct. If you have fees deducted you will have to pay the fee that they charge. If these forms of payment do not work for you, please let us know.
